When you place an order we collect your name, email address, delivery address and the details of the items you bought. Payment card details are entered on our payment provider's secure page and are never stored by us.

We also store the contents of your basket in your browser so it is still there when you return.

Why we use it

To take payment, deliver your order, handle returns and answer your questions. We use it for marketing messages only where you have asked to receive them.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies keep the site and your basket working. Analytics and marketing cookies are only loaded after you consent, and you can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer.

Retention

Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting and consumer-law purposes. Marketing contacts are removed when you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to certain processing. Contact us to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
