We ship to addresses in the United Kingdom. Delivery costs and the estimated date for your order are confirmed at checkout before you pay.
Delivery cost
Delivery is free on orders of £50 or more. Below that threshold the delivery charge is calculated at the payment step and shown before you confirm the order.
Timescales
Items are sourced from more than one supplier, so timescales vary by product. The estimated delivery window for each item is shown at checkout. We do not promise a single dispatch time for the whole catalogue.
Orders with several items
Where items in one order come from different suppliers they may be dispatched and arrive separately, at no extra cost to you.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched we email the tracking details to the address used at checkout. You can also use the Track my order page.
